I conducted an experiment on my colleagues to try to show that being more active doesn't have to be intimidating or difficult.

These tips can help kids know how to keep asthma symptoms from turning into a full-blown attack.

The Community Visit program gets citizens engaged in working for their communities & connects them to  resources to be successful. This video won the 2018 NATAS Boston/NE Chapter Student Award for Excellence in the Community Affairs/Public Service category.

This is a short news package describing how the Alternative Recycling Collection Center keeps all kinds of "trash" out of the landfill.

Musician Miriam Bernardo wanted to make a solo record, so a group of musician friends wrote songs just for her.  This short doc became the foundation for a successful Kickstarter campaign that raised over $25K.
